Mark was raised in Manhattan by his loving parents. He graduated from Manhattan High School in 1977. He received his Associates Degree in electronic technology from Texas A&M University and worked many years for Western Geophysical as a seismic technician (Venezuela, Africa, etc.), and later for the Eastman Kodak Company, among others. Mark loved sports, the outdoors, camping, and especially the ocean. He was married twice and had four children with his first wife Shelly. He believed in God and his final message on Christmas Day 2024 was "John 3:16."
Mark is preceded in death by his mother and father, his brother Michael and sister Elizabeth. He is survived by his brother David, his three sons, Kyle, Eric, and Sean, his daughter Victoria (Tori), and three grandchildren, Cal, Grace and Lillian (Lilly).
