The personal property contained in 300 N. 5th Street Apt 6-H, Manhattan, Kansas 66502, last occupied by Joseph Rodriguez, will be sold, or otherwise disposed of on October 3, 2025. The personal property includes but is not limited to mattresses and box springs, recliner, and small furniture items, misc. kitchen utensils and cookware, clothing, televisions, electronics, and other personal effects.

In order to redeem the property prior to the aforementioned date of disposal, Joseph Rodriguez must personally contact Manhattan Housing Authority, 300 N. 5th Street, Manhattan, KS 66502 (785 776-8588) and remit any and all amounts due.
