Dear Mr. Carlos Aguero-McCorkle,

I am writing to formally notify you that the personal property you left at my residence, located at 713 Galaxy Drive, is now considered abandoned. This includes all items left in the residence following your departure on August 1, 2025. You were scheduled to return within two weeks and to move out by September 1, 2025, as previously agreed.

The abandoned items include, but are not limited to: clothing, movies, paperwork, various garage items, a TV stand, vehicles, tools, and other miscellaneous belongings. A detailed message and photographic list of these items were sent to you, but I have not received any response. Multiple attempts to reach you via phone calls, voicemail, and text messages have also been unsuccessful.

You have fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to pay any outstanding balance and retrieve your abandoned items. If you do not claim these items within the specified timeframe, they will be considered abandoned property and may be disposed of through donation or sale. If the items are sold, proceeds will be used to offset storage fees, cleaning fees, and any monies borrowed for moving that remain unpaid.
